no crank, no fuel, spark i dono without cas signal..... when i turn the key sometimes i have dash lights, sometimes i dont.....when i do and i turn the ing swith to start, i get an under the dash clicking then all dash light shut off..i suspect the main relay but i thought it would still crank if it went bad ..... any help would be great

 

are you sure your battery isn't dead? Try jump starting it.

or a loose/bad connection to the battery.

that doesn't sound like a main relay problem to me.

 

^agree. if main relay or fuse-one click only,then dead.i think.was awhile back when relay fried.

 

main relay wont prevent the engine to crank.
it controls the fuel and ecu.
Check battery, and then the starter and fuses.
specialy the ignition fuse.

actually it might cause the car to not crank. the main relay supplies the ECU with it's main power.

but the dash lights couldn't be the main relay.

 

would a bad main relay cause the tach to go crazy sometimes? that has just started to happen. now my car cuts out really bad and makes a huge bang and then in going into boost it reads really lean like into the 18's so i stop. and its bogging and my friend was driving behind me said he saw a flame come out of my exhaust...?

 

If the main relay is bad it still will crank i know this cause it happened to me. Start by making sure battery if charge and cables are attached properly. Then check all your grounds and make sure they are all good. If then you dont have spark check the dizzy. Also for the fuel make sure your fuel pump isnt bad. if no luck after that i would check the relay or a possible bad ecu

 

fuel pump is pretty new. all grounds should be good because its a fresh swap. it had been running good for about a month up until a few days ago. its definaly something electrical.
