GSX-1100 / GS-1100 Turbo
This is a drag bike. I think it has Mr. Turbo electronics on it but I'm doing the manifold and piping on it. Material is Sch 10 SS 1 1/4". Besides practice, how can I improve my beads. The machine is a Miller 180SD done with 3/32 2%, #6 cup, 85amps/ 25 cfm, and (I think) Lincoln 309 filler rod.

Correct!
It's externally gated. That's just the point of completion so far. I still have to pipe that in.

Maybe it is for mock up purposes, but that is an internally wastegated turbo. Look at the pic of the hot-side without the downpipe attached, there is a wastegate flapper hole and on the back you can see the rod.
But yes, it does appear to be blocked off with the downpipe flange, unless that is not completed.

Back to your original question... What are you cleaning the material with? its a little hard to tell, but it doesn't look too clean. And do you bevel the edges of your pieces? That bike looks crazy.

Well to be honest, I'm not actually cleaning it! The 90* elbows are already bevelled and the straight sections I'm beveling myself. What should I clean it with, Acetone? Where do I get that?

I use a wire wheel to get any mill scale or contamination off the surface, for really tight corners I have a roll of emory cloth (its like sandpaper). Acetone you can buy at pretty much any hardware store. make sure you're using clean towels or rags to wipe with. Any junk that gets in the weld will cause it to weaken or look messy.
let us know how it goes.

U can boost carbs u just got to make them able to pressureize. They plug up one air fitting and then u use RRFPR and giver lol. All the turbo RX-1 Sleds do the same.

On this particular bike, it's fuel injected. The original system came from MrTurbo. It's a programmable stand-alone with Trim ***** for "idle" and "WOT". I don't know much about it nor did I get any info on it. The casing has no reference marks so I've got to call MrTurbo and give them the numbers off the board.
I'll take some more pics of the fuel setup, air-shift, etc.

I wouldn't call it a street bike. It dosen't turn very well. I'm just doing a job. Whatever the owner want to to it's his perrogative.
