what are the specs on your toe in/out? camber itself doesnt eat tires, it makes them more succeptible to wear from toe.
first step would be to get an alignment and have the shop zero your toe.
if youre dead set on having a camber kit the i would probably go skunk2 as well

everyone tells me i need a camber kit.... form the looks of it I do. the toe I believe is way off, I want to have them adjust the camber and do the toe the same time instead of just doing the toe and I end up paying double.
So skunk2 is 1 so far... how about OMNI.... guy on ebay wants 150 shipped and he gives the back camber i believe... also call shim kit
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW
skunk 2 is the same price but not back camber kit.

*forgive my oversimplification, im sure someone can explain it better*
when toe is out of spec, the tires are like /--\ (looking down) so as they roll, they are constantly pushing against one another and slipping horizintally. camber would put slightly more pressure on the inside edge, which the slip would then accentuate the wear on that inside edge.

but even if toe is correct.. camber will have a lot to do with wear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cause it is still riding like there is massive toe..

ive seen cars with upwards of 5* negative camber, with a good alignment i/e zero toe, and NO abnormal tire wear

i have -2 camber in the back
i have -1 camber in the front
my tire's are perfect almost, except for inner tire wear, which i rotate every 1000 miles from front/back and every 3000 miles, i bring it to wheel works and i flip the tires around so they wear on the other edge
my toe was way off, in 1 week, the tires were gone, now i fixed it, tire wear is almost same as stock..
if your tire wears out prematurely, it's more toe issue than camber...camber wont eat your tires at all, they'll just wear them on the insides</TD></TR></TABLE>
if u had a camber kit.. u wouldnt have to swap tire side... and i dont know any normal honda that wear that bad in 3000 miles!!!! tires are sopoes to last years ........ camber def does eat ur tires... its called the inside.. just like toe does.... but if toe is fixed camber is still there!!!!!!!!!

My civic is lowered 3" with 205/40/16. It's been that way for 6 years and 55k miles (replaced tire two years ago). I have NO camber kit and never will. I never experienced any wearing problems. Get those toe setting checked out. 0 toe, it not the same as 0.00 toe, so make sure the shop does it accuratly.
