stock axles

Default stock axles

i'm almost done my build and was wondering who is running stock axles and with how much horsepower and what you do thats is different from thous how blow axles left and right please let me know i would like to stick with stock axles cuz i get them dam cheap

there's different reasons why some brake axles while others do not. what does your build consist of, that way we can determine if stock will do for now?

Bushings
Ride Height
Traction Bars
Balljoints
LSD
Driving Style


All things that can effect the life of axles.

you can break 500hp axles with 200hp, and be fine with 500hp with stock axles. It all depends on certain conditions.

The axle needs to be as straight as possible, and preloading the drivetrain is always good.

my build is a 13:2.1 compression allmotor hoping for 230 whp and high 11's
(on slicks)
