Yes, the engine harness is the same so it plugs in. You wont be able to start your car due to the immobilizer feature.

fuel mapping,
parameters that would send a check engine (namely knock-sensor parameters),
timing retard is different,
fuel cut-off is different, and a few others differences that I care not to share.
