Whats wrong with my Corners?

Did you paint your housings? It looks to me that the black is absorbing the light and not projecting/reflecting it.

Damn I'm screwed then!! I didnt paint them I bought them from someone, put them in then i realized that there is no chrome lining in there!!!! I can't afford new headlights lol

I've seen chrome spray paint before. You might want to try that with a protective clear (since I'm not certain as to how well the chrome paint will hold up against light) until you can afford new lights.
Or, if they were painted by the previous owner, you might be able to scrape, or otherwise remove the black paint.

the headlights look like they were made like that already. i got a set like that off of ebay but it has chrome on both sides (corner and headlight). i'd say return them and get your money back. i got mines for 100 shipped which isnt bad to me. they're nice and clean and very well sealed. i've had no problems so far and it's been over 8 months since i had them. plus i live in the south so there's tons of rain and i've have no leaks.
