Default tranny help cable or selector trouble!!!!!!!

hey i sold my 99 prelude w/ and accord tranny, 2 days ago and the kid called me just now said that it wasn't shifting right and it bogged in 1st and he could do 40 or 50 @3 or 4 k, and said that 3rd seemed like it was a lower gear, he also said he couldn't make it go into 5th or reverse, any one have any ideas on what to look for i am thinking stretched or snapped cables if any one else has any ideas PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE SEARCHED, this sounds different because he claims he is still changing gears, but the gears are in the wrong places.

just take a look at the cables and be sure they're still there. If they look fine, then you may have some tranny problems. Did you make sure you had tranny fluid before selling it? How did it driver 2 days prior to you selling the car to him? If anything, the kid probably doesn't know how to drive a 5spd, or he downshifted to the wrong gear
