I say no, Prelude wheels are 114.3, IIRC.

In that case, what's the offset?
45-48+ you should be fine, you can run 215-225 wide tires depending on your drop. 235 could/has been done with little rubbing issues, if even. I know for sure on 18 inch rims.
40-44 is still okay for 215, might rub a little with 225, then it might not.
-30 you will have problems.
Since youre on 17s, I don't really see any rubbing issues, unless you slam the car.
You just have to try it out and watch your tires for tread wear, an alignment is recommended but not mandatory unless the tires wear out fast or the car have massive negative camber.
Anyone have any objections feel free to correct me. I haven't been in this forum for a while.

You will be fine then. I would go with 225 personally. You shouldn't have any rubbing issue because you're on 17s.
215 is meh, I had it on my 5th gen dropped on Tein SS. (1 finger gap all around; 215/40/18 48+ offset)
I should've went with 225 for better handling. The only rubbing issue I had was when I hit dips/potholes on the highway. It messed up my top fenderwell instead of the tires. lol
Good luck to ya.

You should be just fine. If you were really low and had a wide 215 on there like a Kumho Ecsta MX, you might have a little bit of an issue but any 215/40/17 or 205/45/17 will be good for your setup.

im lookin at kumho ecsta supra 712 or the yokohama parada spec-2 i have heard good things about the parada so i'm leaning that way.
Paradas are noisy and have poor wet traction - dry traction is good but the negatives outweigh the positives. The Ecsta 712s are ok all around but nothing special.
If you need a good inexpensive tire, the Falken FK451 is your best bet. The Hankook K104 would also be worth your consideration.

Not only it'll rub, your car will turn into a show car, because you won't be able to drive it.
If you can, you'd be only able to go straight, no turning. lol

well crap
I'd rather them stick out then rub the insides
these are 18x8.5 +35 though
I don't think I'm going to like them sticking out that far
any idea on how much of that is going to stick out?
