Default need a little bit of help regarding short wire

i am in the process of wiring my jdm headlights and i put both of the Green constant (green with blue line) and the sidemarker wire(green with white line) to one bulb and it blinked very fast for about 5 seconds and then went out. it also made the left turn signal on the cluster go on as well. i shouldn't have done this because now i have just shorten the green white wire and i dont know where to start to repair this wire. i know it is fubar because it wont power anything. plz help if you can understand what is happening. thank you ht members.

first, get a wiring diagram, u can get a manual in pdf at hondahookup.com

then, take out the bulb, and test the wires individually

a voltmeter would be helpful for this, also check the wires that go to the hazard flashers button, becuase the signal goes through this to complete circuit
