idle bounces constanly
Yes, if you've got a 90 Integra GS (from sig) then its your EACV, Electronic Air Control Valve. This is also known as the Fast Idle Throttle Valve. This is located on the back of the intake manifold, two 12mm bolts hold it on. Two hoses are connected to bottom, one wire harness connected to side.
This is a valve that opens and closes and adjusts your idle based on various demands of your engine. Yours has a sticky valve, hence your jumpy idle.
You could also have a vacuum leak or some other sensor (MAP) has come loose so check everything you can first, could just be some hose came off something.
I had this problem and fixed it last weekend. Here is what I did.
Remove 12mm bolts.
Remove wires harness (unclips)
Spray copious amounts of carb cleaner into component.
One opening has a metal screen on it, clean this off, tooth brush works well.
Turn component upside down and shake, tap on firewall etc.

I did this about five times, lest I have to take it off and do it all over. The car will act flooded when you first try to start it, give it a little gas to keep it going, idle it at 1500-2000 for a few minutes, after that the idle should go back to 800 and stay there.
If this does not solve your problem (95% chance it will) then get back on this forum and yell for help. The more detail you provide about your ride and your problem the more help you'll get. Good luck.

to the left of the throttle body and a little below, two hoses coming out from bottom, its on the back of your intake manifold and about 4 inches long and 2.5 inches wide, very hard to miss, as its the only thing bolted to the back of your intake manifold
I had that same thing happen to my 95 integra and the first thing I changed was tha IACV but that didnt fix the problem. If changing it doesnt fix your problem you might want to check your throttle body because I had a leak there and replaced it...problem fixed. Just wanted to throw that out there. Good luck
