Does the weather effect the jack stands ability to support the car?
As long as you have it in a good position you should be fine.

Yes, it is perfectly fine to keep the car supported on jack stands for an extended period of time. In fact, many people store their car this way so they don't get flat spots on their tires.
I have had mine on jackstands (all 4 sides) for over 3 months when I was lazy doing my motor build/turbo install. Not to make fun of your English, but I saw your other thread wasn't too clear either. Are you using jack stands? Or are you using a jack to hold it up? A jack (hydro) doesn't like to be subject to stress too long, otherwise the life of it will be shorter. If you're using the Honda scissor jack, then you just have to be careful not to knock into the car, as it could fall. If it's windy too, I wouldn't recommend holding the car up with scissor jacks overnight (especially if you're using two of them).

it was an ignorant thing to ask who used celcius, 'cause it's like asking who uses the metric system.
