What does the JIL stand for on our rims?

What does the JIL stand for on our rims?
My rims have a JIL on them and I want to know what that means. I have no clue what brand of rims I have but I do know they were made in japan. Anyways they were on the car when I had them. But does anybody know what JIL stands for or what it means.
