I am in the middle of doing a oil change and was about to swap out my 90 civic's "ZC swap" oil bolt with a password jdm magnetic bolt. It seems like my bolt as alot smaller then the pw jdm bolt?The thread is longer on the pw jdm. For some reason my stock bolt is super stubby. I had another bolt laying around from my 2k Civic and the thread size is the same as the Pw jdm? Think I will have a problem?

 

Well the hell with that it wont work, PW JDM should put that on the web site, Im thinking they wont work for any ZC's "also probabaly d15/d16" Save your money. Im just putting them on the wifes car

 

Your oil pan was at some point, stripped, and retapped, making the size and pitch of the thread different, tough luck.

 

Well the bolt when in fine with the thread, it was actually to long? I was hitting some type of baffle when I tried to put it in,
