has anyone have any experience w/ an ebay distributor?

saw this on ebay. its says almost what distributor king says also on its ebay listing. dont know if its legit or not. anyone have any experience or any comments on this item?

2170 feedback with 100%, they must be really legit or very good scammers

yeah thats what i was thinking.... i just want peoples opinions on it. maybe someone had bad experience....
