Possibly a bad caliper?

Well i've replaced both rotors, both wheel bearings, brakes, bled the lines properly, yada yada yada an done just about everything i can imagine but when im above 45 mph an i go to hit the brakes my car still does an irratic shake really fast back an forth on the steering wheel... Could this possibly be a bad caliper?? Would I just have to take the brake assembly all apart an hold the caliper in my hand while someone presses the brakes an see if it closes or w/e? or is there another where to do this, or maybe if anyone else has an idea of WTF is going on..!!! thanks..
Have you balanced the tires?
Did it do this right after changing the brakes?

Don't do this, it will shoot the piston out of it's casing, and probably rip the seals. Ususally with a bad caliper, you can't push the piston into the caliper when changing pads, or there is uneven pad wear from not retracting or sometimes you can tell it's sticking when the car doesn't roll on a slight incline.
Did it do this right after changing the brakes?

Did you thoroughly clean the rotors with brake clean on both sides before installing them?? Parts depots use chemcals that prevent the rotor from rusting when it's in storage.. If you didn't clean it off, you may have just warped them again.. Not to mention the stuff they use sometimes gets REALLY sticky and will cause the brakes to drag creating alot of friction and heat even when you're not using the brakes..
Another thing..
Make sure you're using the correct wheels for the car.. the wheels hold the brake rotor hard against the wheel hub assembly.. if you use the incorrect wheel, it can result in broken wheel studs, rotor wobble, loss of the wheel while driving, and numerous other things..
If you didn't clean the rotors before putting them on the first time, take them off, and have them turned by a local machine/service shop to true them, and replace the contaminated brake pads you just bought with new ones..

Yeah, if you replaced your rotors and you're still having shake during braking - your rotors clearly aren't warped. That's one possible cause of the shake - warped rotors. New rotors = straight rotors = no warpage. Your calipers, even if fscked up, won't cause the shake. So my advice is to look elsewhere for the cause.
Remember that weight is transferred to the front wheels during braking, so therefore minor balance issues, that you don't see during normal driving, can show up and at greater intensity.

JUST CAUSE U REPLACED THE ROTORS DOESNT MEAN THAT U CANT HAVE A PULSEATION FROM THEM. I WORK AT A SHOP AND AM ASE CERTIFIED BELIEVE ME IVE GOTTEN BAD ROTORS FROM TIME TO TIME. JUST THINK OF SOME OF THE RETARTS THAT EITHER WORK AT THE COUNTER OR DROP PARTS OFF. THEY CAN DROP THEM WHICH MIGHT GIVE YOU A PULSEATION. U CAN RULE OUT AN ALIGNMENT THAT WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A SHAKE. IF YOU HAVE CHANGED WHEELS MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE CORRECT SPACERS IF NEEDED AS WELL AS CORRECT LUGNETS THAT FIT NICE. MAKE SURE YOU DID NOT OVER TORQUE THE LUG NUGS WHICH WOULD PUT EXCESS FORCE ON THE ROTOR.
