Default D15b8 wants turbo?

ok i searched and found nothing. So im wondering can it handle some boost? Im not looking for crazy hp numbers and i dont want to swap motors because i dont have a garage. I have turboed cars before but im new with hondas. And another question i have with d-series is are all the parts interchangeable?

D's love boost. Also as long as the tune is good, it will be reliable.

And yes most of the d series parts are interchangable.
