Default ITR Shocks on 93 si?

My friend has a 98 integra Type R, and he is upgrading his stock shocks for some Koni yellows, My question is the following: Should I purchase his stock shocks, his car has never been lowered, and they have approx 85,XXX miles. I have a 93 si hatch, with skunk2 springs with the stock shocks, do you think it will make much of a difference if I get his? will they fit? what do you guys think? i've already searched but only found old for sale and want to buy threads. Thanks guys!!!

You will need ITR rear LCAs if you plan to use his stock rear struts.

fronts will fit, rears will not. you need his lower control arms for the rear to fit

edit: YOU BEAT ME TO IT! *******

I paid 40 bucks for all 4 of mine.

You will need different LCA's as mentioned if you want to use the rears.

I wasnt going to use mine, I just through the fronts on hoping it would go a little lower, but it stayed about the same.

well i'm just looking for the ride to be a bit smoother, not so much lower. but damn 40 bucks? I was thinking of offering him like $50 for all four.. thats still good right?

The ride will be of better quality, and the ride height shouldnt change to much.

50 bucks seems reasonable, remember the struts are 8 years old and do have 85k on them.

Where in FL are you, im about 2hrs south of Tampa.

yeah thats true, and I can only use the front two without going out of my way to find some LCA's for the hatch. another question though, will the type R LCA's be a direct fit to my hatches? I don't so why it wouldn't but I wanna make sure.
