Default Turbo Recomendation

I have most of my turbo kit, except the heart.

I have a jdm B16A with Type R cams and a B16 LSD tranny.

Still need a Turbo, header and downpipe.

I'm only looking for about 220-250whp and I'm thinking a nice T3 turbo would suit my needs. Is there a point in getting a T3/T4? I will probably be keeping the boost under 6psi. Looking for some fun streetable power.

And if that's the case, I was looking at;

2.3L Ford turbocharger
2.3L Saab turbocharger

As for the header, I've been looking at a stainless steel InlinePro header. But I guess that will all change depending on the turbo I get and the type of flage I'll have to look for.

My friend just upgraded his 2005 Audi A4 K03 to a K04 turbo, would the K03 turbo work?

I know I'll get a lot of, go big or go home kind of answers, but really, I'm not a racer, just looking for some fun power on the weekend. I don't drag, and I do mildly track, maybe once or twice a month.

Any pointers on a 'junkyard' turbo would be great, thanks!

Sorry, just relised I forgot to add that. It's a JDM B16A with Type R cams (not too sure how the cams will have an effect with the turbo).

I'll take a look into that, is this the 2.3L Ford turbo you are referring to?

GT28RS

Will make the power your looking for and spool very quickly. Also leaves room for more power once you blow up your motor and rebuild it forged. I have seen these turbos make 380whp with the right setup. Also seen them make 300whp on stock internals. Both were b18c
