Default no CEL's but car still runs crappy... ideas?

Hey guys I have another question for y'all. I have a 1992 Honda Civic CX, that I just swapped a d16y8 into last weekend. I had a CEL for my o2 sensor, but I fixed that today, and all CELs are gone, but it still feels very sluggish, and sounds like it's not running right? Do you guys have any other ideas of things I should check, or replace.

Check fuses.. sometimes OBD1 won't detect heater load on O2 sensor heaters since it's tied into a circuit with alot of other functions..

Check to make sure it's going into open loop.. even though the engine's warm, if the temp sensor for the ecu makes it think it's cold, closed loop operation will make it run like crap.. (If you have a V-TEC car, V-TEC will not operate in closed loop mode)

make sure the injector wires are clipped on all the way. had that happen to me on 2 swaps. wont run a cel, will idle like **** and run the same way. let me know if that works out. also make sure to double check all ur grounds.

I'll check those things out in the morning. Funny thing is that it does idle pretty well.
