Default D16Z6 head on a D16Y7 block?

I have a 96 CivicLX with a D16Y7 engine, 5 speed. Would a D16Z6 head and intake manifold from a 94 Del Sol fit on my car without major problems? if yes, what do i need to do to make it work?
