ok, i have a 94 gsr engine with a skunk2 intake manifold
a part is sucking in air but there is no hose on it

i dont know what its called but it connects the sensor on top of the throttle body and and in back of the intake manifold, its black and has a sensor plugged into it, one part of it has a hose going to the back of the intake manifold, and the other going to the sensor on top of the throttle body, its sucking in air but there is nothing connected to it, does anyone know what else is supposed to be connected to it besides those 2????

 

are you talking about the iacv on the back of the manifold? those two hoses are water hoses. make sure the gasket is on there.

 

the iddle goes down when i put my finger over it to keep it from sucking, but i dont think its for water

it looks like some kind of air fitler piece, not really, its a black piece with a top on it, has wires going to a sensor on one side, and the other side with a hose going to the back of the manifold and one little piece that comes off the top and sucks, but its not hooked up to anything and i cant find where it might go
