Default Won't stay on VTEC??? JDM ITR

My setup:
99 JDM ITR head w/BC IV cams and BC valvetrain
Aem CAI
Mugen 4-1 replica header
crapped out 2.5 carsound cat
Stock 99 Jdm ITR bottom end
Toda Cam gears
generic clutch
ITR FW
00 Si B16 tranny

**Correction**
I just found out that everytime I smash on it right after shifting, the rpm will bounce like 1500 back. So whenever I take it to 8500, punch on the clutch, shift quickly, then smash the gas, the rpm will jump back to 5000. It used to stay up in vtec when I had it on stock ITR ecu.

Here's my dyno:

Well I just realized that it's not just on vtec, it actually is whenever I try to smash on the gas after I shift that it jumps back like 1500rpms. The clutch is well used, had it for over a year, 25k miles.

It's set at 5800.. but after I shift, it would go to 6000 on vtec then jump right to 5000.. So it loses power significantly.. For example, I can't chirp on going to 2nd, it just drops out of power and works its way up again.
