Help me finish my DA brake conversion!!!
I almost finished my rear DA disc brake swap, but i ran into one problem:
The thing that the blue arrow is pointing to has to sit ontop of the thing that the red arrow is pointing to. If you look closely though, you'll notice that that base of the threaded rod there is pointing towards the rotor, and it should be pointing towards the back of the car.
I was screwing that nut on with the my impact and I accidently over-torqued it which is why it's pointing the wrong way. I tried fixing it with the impact and I can't get it to work. When I twist that piece of threaded rod, the brake still engages, so I know the caliper isn't frigged.
Help! What do I do?

Its the passenger side rear disc.
That nut thing that the red arrow is pointing to is supposed to rotate to engage the ebrake. But it's twisted too far, and now the cap thing that is supposed to go overtop isn't sitting in the right position.
I know this sounds a bit vague, I'm going to take a few more pics to illustrate.

Ok, more pics

Right now that nut thing (that rounded part) is pointing in the direction of the green arrow. The rounded part has to be pointing in the direction of the orange arrow, so that that cap thing that the ebrake cable is connected to can fit overtop of it, like this:

Tried that man.
I can tighten it to engage the brake, but then I can't get it to go any further to twist it into position. I had a wrench with a pipe on it, and nothing.
This seems like a really lame problem but I can't seem to get it.
