Default Bout to get an LS swap next week...what's the first thing i should do?

Should i build up the internals of the engine?

Make it a LS/VTEC?

Someone on here was talking about using a different transmission GSR or TYPE R for closer gear ratios...so should i go for the tranny?

Or a different clutch and flywheel?

Should i get new pistons and rods? I might want to do the ls/vtec later and i read that the b16a's r/s is low and i will cause a lot of engine stress if i do the ls/vtec. I'd purchase some b18c compatible components is i can change this. I wanna boost the engine. My uncle has a turbo charged camaro and it sounded cool as ish when he was driving.
