Malfunction Control: Ignition or Miss Fire

Malfacurer Control: Ignition or Miss Fire
Hey people.
Everytime i reset my check engine light with the obd2 code reader and then i start the car it come back on and gives me the sawm code over and over again.
the code is fro (Malfacuer Contr. Ignition system or miss fire) I already replace my Coil, Spark plugs- Roter- distributor cap to w/OEM parts. What is wrong with my car and why it is doing this. My engine light is still one and i cant get rid of it. I am out of ideal i need help..
A little about teh spec on my car. i have
*Skunk2 stage cam shaft and sparket. (install for about 900 miles so far)
*Blox intake manifold
Help. Please
