i was too aggressive when installing my head unit and messed up the end of my antenna. i went to the junk yard and got a new but i deffinately beat up the sedan to get it out does any one know how i can put in the new antenna mass its hard to feed the cable. or mid the one thats in there ooh by the way i drive a 5th gen hatch

Hope you havn't taken the old one yet. Before you do, tie a rope/string/wire on the old antenna. The purpose of which, you could use it to pull the new one back through.

 

the thing is the old one has a plastic tube attatched to it inside the A pillar so it would have a hard time coming through the body

 

i had this same problem but what i did was buy an antenna from best buy (universal) and plug it to the back oh my audio deck and zip tied the antenna under my dash. the reception is pretty damn good. and the antenna only costs like 15 bucks. just my 2 cents.
