test pipe just showed up... 3 parts?

Yup. Just make sure fitment is snug, don't extend it to the point where it could slip apart with exhaust manifold/engine movement. It's happened to me on the track before.
...I was using a catback not designed for my car and so I had to adjust the testpipe too much. I thought it was snug, but I was using stock motor mounts at the time and the engine moved enough for it to pull the testpipe apart.
If you're using the correct catback/b-pipe, you shouldn't have to mess with the length of the testpipe too much.
Skunk2 and Omnipower testpipe are the same, BTW.
