Anyone removed the Fuel Filler Neck?

I have had to remove it, where it connects to the bodywork trim I had to break it off, its like a foam seal and doesnt look like it could be disassembled then reassembled.

Im just wondering what I need from Honda when I come to putting it back together. On here its where No.13 connects to No.14 but it doesnt show the foam item. I cant figure out if that foam ring comes with no.13 or No.14. Whichever one it comes with I cant figure out how it will fit together again..
