Default Holley Thundermuff

Alright I was looking around at a few different exhaust systems ranging between $340 and $500 and then I found the Holley Cat-Back it's got 2.25" piping just like the Buddy Club Pro Spec the tip definitely looks ricey but for $170 I could handle that . Does anyone have this or know someone that does. How loud is it and what kind of flow can I expect if I run a mildly built LS/VTEC. I mean I can always cut that muffler off and run the piping to a Twin Loop.

EDIT: How about a link...

I would have to say don't go cheap on exhausts. The World Sport is nice and quiet, and looks good.

yes, this thing is loud!

i thought the holley thunder muff and the airmass thundermuff were maybe diff. but i read the nfo and its the airmass. If your looking for a loud exhaust. you found it. The interior drone is pretty insane

Thanks guys, I think that since I already ordered it this morning I will have a long resonator put in before installed . It's gonna be run with a Omni test pipe and eventually a AN-R Race/ Street Header.

nice, youll keep the neighbors awake. i dont really mind a loud exhaust note, long as it sounds nice.

My buddy has it on his coupe with a d16z6 and it sounds better than my N1 or at least I think so. Not a bad deal for only $170. I say get it.

Ya I am thinking that it is the old model or something and they are clearing them out!! I called my local parts guy and he said that his cost on it is $485, I told him about the deal and he said go for it if you can get it that cheap.

I have the Holley Thundermuff on my 99 EX and it is a loud exhaust system but it was just the sound i was going for deep low... and it was well worth the price! (recomended) I haven't gotten harassed yet for it by the police either...
