top fuel zero 1000 exhaust?

Like any N1 type muffler, it's going to be loud and its going to flow pretty well. Coming from Top Fuel, it should also be made very well. At $625 shipped, its in the same league as the Apexi GT Spec.

to be honest, any fireball / n1 style exhaust is going to be loud and obnoxious... some will be loud and nice, some will be loud and ricey, but they all share one thing in common. Their loud, look at the design of the tip and it gives it away, way more is going to come out of that tip at once... silencer or not.
if you want something with a good gain, and not the rice, go with a apexi ws, or ws2, or the greddy equivalent. Something stock looking, with a good (for an exhaust) power gain.
n1 type mufflers are meant for track cars/race cars, to drastically improve exhaust flow... and on a track... sound isnt an issue.

megan racing makes a killer cat-back for the 4th gen. i have it and love it. friend has it on his 94 accord f22b1, and loves it... both of us have aem cai. it's very deep, and not loud.
M2B4,
For the track, I would imagine you want hi-flow and more importantly for a near-stock Prelude, light weight. I'm guessing that if you had a built or highly tuned motor, you'd be getting a custom 2.5" exhaust.
The Espelir and the Top Fuel would both be great for the track. The Buddy Club Pro Spec is very light (and very loud) but would work great as a track exhaust. As would the Tanabe Ultra Medallion (Titanium muffler so its also very light).
If you're trying not to spend too much, get an Espelir or Buddy Club for $400 on Ebay. I found the Top Fuel for $550 at Prostreetonline.com and the Tanabe Ultra tends to run for ~$700 shipped no matter where you look. Can't go wrong with any of these really

so a quiet exhaust liek rs r would be a worse option for the track then the others?
i want the hi flow but when im dirivng around town i dont want people closing their ears

what mods do you have? there won't be a huge difference between RSR and another system in terms of raw hp and tq numbers. when you start modding though, the chambered design of the RSR may hinder your power potential a little bit though.
In terms of straight thru mufflers with reasonable volume levels, the quietest is probably the Tanabe Hyper Medallion, followed by the Greddy SP2 and Tanabe Concept G. Thermal makes a really nice system that isn't at all obnoxious but its not super quiet either. Of all the ones I just mentioned, Thermal looks the most like stock (least ricey I guess you could say too) while the Concept G is more of an N1 style round muffler. The Hyper and the SP2 have larger tips but are still relatively conservative for a sport exhaust.
