you need to cut your bumper, i wasnt able to fit mine behind the plastic. also you need to relocate your washer bottle depending on how you are routing piping. i found the easiest way is through the hole that the a/c can sits. then just run piping down the hole and around the front and the same for the passenger side. actually its really simple

there's no need to cut anything, just do a lot of measuring, and order a intercooler that fits your front bumper situation/horse power goal.

maybe if it wasnt as long and it was a backdoor style i could have move it back a bit and kept the front bumper intact

your probably gonna have to do some cutting in order to get an IC to fit.

my setup is a 31x6x2.5 and i needed to cut the bumper beam, and the grill in order to get the damn thing in there. then after i had to remove the washer bottle and run a much smaller one inside the engine bay (looks kinda cool IMO) jut to get the piping in there.

i hope you know someone with a plasma cutter, or at least a torch

Yes I agree that for a stock bumper you will need to cut the bumper, but you could always figure something out. I do have an aftermarket bumper that allows me to have a lot more room.

i think you still need to cut the beam though. unless you can find a way to put it in behind the support beam that runs in the middle of the car from the sub frame to the upper rad support.

yeah i already gut the beam, and with the bumper on it fits. i was just wondering about the piping. like how it would route back from the intercooler. bc it looks like those brackets where u can pull it from are in the way. i dont kno tho.

I had to cut my bumper plastic and my bumper support to fit a fairly small intercooler.

It cant easily be done, just take it all off as 1 unit and then remove the bumper cover from the support, then reinstal teh support if you need.
