i got the bright idea to change my fuel filter today on my 89 accord. i only had this car for about 2 months. it was well maintained and very clean. i was so surprised how dirty the fule comming from the tank was. i know its a lot of build up in the fuel filter cuz the dirt has no where wlse to go but damn




and thats after i already slipt most of the dirty fuel, so there was much more dirt in there. i am going to change it again next month to compare it again

 

No need to chage the fuel filter again in another month, it's probally going to be just as clean as it is now..

 

i drained my fuel tank and the lines. added new filter. it hasnt even been 60miles yet.

 

I changed it out recently, and it looked pretty damn clean. 91 rocks, I guess
