I have a JG-fab log mani with A turbonetics external wategate, and it reads boost only off of one runner, is there any thing i can do to help prevent boost spike???

 

get a new manifold.......

 

get tuned on neptune and have boost cuts

won't stop the spike but it will save the motor

 

how much boost you are running and your hp #'s woud help and turbo.

I had a problem with my turbonectics deltagate and switched to a Tial 44mm.

 

i dont know my hp#'s but it is a t3/t4 .60/.63 with stage 3 wheel and it is on a stock ls motor , running 7-9 psi

 

get a new wastegate teh deltagate sucks

that is the one i bought to help with boost creep. i replaced my old deltgate with the evolution one, fixed the problem even with a rev-hard manifold. you can get an electronic boost controled to help with boost overshooting.

i remember seeing a thread about a cheap way to prevent boost spike, but i cant find it now. anyone know what im talking about?
