Rebuild, then turbo.

FORCED INDUCTION all the way.

Its really up to you and how much $$$$$$ and power you want

He doesn't really need to rebuild, he only has 60,000 miles on it. He needs to make sure it is running right, then he should turbo his ls motor. Why spend money on a swap?
