can someone tell me more about this cylinder head???

stamps on the head say "9-1, 1-1, 1-5, 1-0"; PR3-2

any help would be great!

Seems like a b16 head or a type r head

don't think it's a type r head, pretty sure it's just a b16 head, but i'm looking for what year, date, make, etc. (according to the number stamps). I have no idea what they mean or how to read them.
