My seat belt clasp just broke on my 90 ex.I think I read somewhere that P adams said they have a lifetime warrenty on them?
I was just wondering if I was remembering right.

All honda seatbelts ever made are under a lifetime warranty. (as long as they arent cut or otherwise user damaged)

Does this apply to just the belt part or the whole thing? The part that retracts the belt on mine is starting to fail and was thinking about replacing it soon.

Yes your belt is covered has long as your dog did'nt eat it. (Don't laugh, I've seen this several times) But Honda heads be warned. Only the mechanical portions of the belts are covered not electrical. (Such that are found in 91 Accord automatic shoulder belts)

Yes! Very true if it includes a (Common) Honda wiring failure as with the problem under the left seat of some Accord models which will turn the dreaded SRS light on. Honda is great about admitting it's mistakes but will not cover failed sensors in 90,91 Civics. (Or control units) or automatic shoulder belts in early 90 model Accords or any thing else in that area they don't feel is their fault

no no no i wasn't bashing at all man. i'm cool. i guess it just depends on what dealer you work at. i've saw my boss not cover stuff that i new should be covered(ie 03- up accord keys with built in remote that breaks off) and cover cover stuff and was like wtf???. so i guess it all depends. but no arguing from me man.

If it affects the operation of the seatbelts, it's covered.
