last night i was on the freeway and did a roll on against a 3000gt vr4 in my h22a ek and after i backed off, my battery light went on for some reason but the car was still running and everything. I pulled over and turned the car off and then back on but the light wass till there. anyone know what that means or why its there? No CEL's either. thanks

 

Try this, pull the battery terminal while the car is running. If it stalls, it's most likely your alternator going bad.

Also, check the harness plug that plugs into the alternator. It may have come loose.

 

ahhh....found out the problem, turns out my alternator belt flipped over so the smooth side was on the pulleys. how the hell does something like that happen? lol but its cool though, fixed and done.
