I am very new to the import scene and i just got a 89 civic HB. It does not want to turn on, does not show code errors or the check engine light is not on. I almost forgot it cranks also. What can be the problem?

 

Check for fuel and spark

 

I for got to say that the fuel tank is full and has spark.

 

But it still might not be getting fuel

 

i just got a civic hb too and im new also.
mine didnt run to well when i got it
valve gasket was horrible and oil leaked in and pretty much ruined my spark plugs which means no spark. im not sayin thats your problem and you probably would have noticed if you have brains lol but check it
