car jumped timing help
93 h22
after going thru a lot of tiral and error i found out that my prelude jumped timing on the exhaust side by a few degrees. I want to know if there are any better ways to fix this without taking the tensioner off and keeping from having to replace it.
A friend told me to clamp the belt on the intake cam and pull the exhaust cam off and line it up but im having trouble with that. what are some techniques?
