Default Torque spec for header on Type R

Ok OK I am an idiot what are the specs to put my header back on. I have called toda themselves and they wont give it to me they said it factory specs for the car wich is what? Someone please help I wont just slap it on without the proper spec and procedure

after searching

The spec for the studs and bolts at the head is 23 ft. lbs. The should be tightened in sequence started at the center and alternating outward.

well I tried to archive it but didnt use that term thanks, I used 24 from center out and everything is ducky now.
