Noob suspension question
I've done the research, but I would still like an opinion. I want to lower my 00' ex, HOW should I do that, and what is recomended? sorry bout the noob question...
Springs?
Shocks?
Coil overs?
Camber kits?
Struts?
Get the car aligned after?
Anything else?
**I don't want a shitty ride (I know it won't be great, but I've been in cars w/ a horrible ride)

Well you have done your research, so I would go with that. My opinion on your comfort won't work. Some people prefer comfort over handling and other handling over comfort. I like the handling of coilovers, but not the ride. It all comes down to what you prefer.
Make a decision on what you want to do, then ask for opinions!

In simplest form, you will need springs and shocks and an alignment afterwards.
Unless youre racing which i take it you arent, coilovers are a very expensive way to be blingtastic. They also generally have pretty stiff spring ratesto allow more of a drop, which usually equate to a less than comfortable ride.
Camber kits are usually unnecessary if you get a good alignment and have the shop set your toe (tires pointing in or out horizontally) to zero. Toe is usually a major culprit in so-called camber wear, so zero-ing that will reduce your tire wear significantly. Camber kits can be a useful tool to adjust and fine tune your camebr to adjust rear traction bias but again unless youre racing its not really necessary
Last (from your list), your car doesnt have struts, it has shocks. Civics didnt get MacPherson style struts until 2001. There are several differences between the two but thats for another thread.
Which pieces to use as far as shocks/springs is really debatable depending on what you want out of the car. Improved handling? Small cosmetic drop? The slammed look? Those are all things you have to keep in mind when you make your decision. The lower you go, the higher you have to raise the spring rates to keep your shocks off the bumpstops which usually equates to a stiffer/boucier (some say shittier) ride.
