gsr or itr?

i just got a DA about a week ago
i wanna go LS/VTEC
i wanted to kno if there would be a difference between the b18c1 head and b18c5???
which would be better (more hp, torque, etc.)

c5 head flows alil better and is made for slightly higher rpms
torque is not determined by the head i don't think

get high compression pistons, or low(if you wanna boost in the future) Then a c5 or b16 head for the better flow, and get forged rods.
