apex-usa told me they do it in house. they said they dont give a price until they recieve the part. I didn't like that too much, so I just got new shocks and the apex's are in a box in my basement.

.....you don't *have* to, you can always get SWIFT springs in that same diameter.

iirc, they're 60mm ID... which is a sizing that SWIFT manufactures.

plus i don't like the idea of them not being able to quote you a price untill they get them, they should be able to estimate it for you

I had Eibach springs that were 2.5" on mine before. Once I upgraded the springs, the shocks didn't last too long after.

I have an update thanks to SUPERAUTOBACS

Thanks for contacting us. Yes, we do rebuild these for $149 per PAIR. You will have to pay for shipping to and from Apex, but we try our best to keep the rebuild cost down. Please contact Keith Imoto at 714-685-5700 x118 or email him at kimoto@apexi-usa.com and set it up with him. Please have a credit card ready for payment. Checks are not accepted. 111

Also, we are short of repair parts at this moment. Parts are on order, but we have no definite ETA for the rebuild parts. You can check back with us in a couple weeks to check status. I hope this helps you. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
