get a soldering iron
using a flat screwdriver pry open case
re-solder all of the joints on the printed circuit board
reassemble relay and reinstall
unless there is something obviously wrong (burnt/ blown component) this will fix 99% of the main problems. I have done this on 4 failed units and they have all worked afterwards.
