halp! 92 lx main relay issues

halp! 92 lx main relay issues
ok so..... I bought a 92 lx not running. I thought the main relay was bad because the car runs when i jump pins 1,3 and 7 on the relay. I just replaced the relay and the car still dont start
Things i checked/replaced:
Main relay
T-stat ground
ECU
all fuses
What would make the main relay do nothing? It dosnt even click at all

first off when you turn on the car can you hear the pump prime? the relay should be click at this time as well.

Well I drove the car around some with the relay bypassed and noticed a bunch of other electrical glitches. The speedo dont work, alot of the interior accessories also dont work. I gess I will start checking all the fuses tomorrow.
