Help!! car doesn't idle when warmed up
i have an 86 accord dx carbed 5 spd....any ways when i start the car in the cold it revs high to get the engine warm like it should but as soon as it gets up to temp it stalls naturally it is fine if i give it gas but it makes it very hard to stop at a trafic light because the car stalls everytime....can anyone help?
check for carb problems in the bowl (float problems), for a bad accellerator pump, clogged jets, bad choke pull off, vaccum leak, idle adjustment, etc

it is on the back of the carb,, black plastic ****, turning the idle up might be covering other issues car might have,, like it was adviced chk for vacc leaks, chk the PCV valve, also, remove the idle solenoid at back of carb and spray some carb cleaner in there ,,,you got to remove the air cleaner to remove solenoid, you need an 8 mm wrench,, careful not to lose the little o-ring..
