Default chipping a vehicle under warranty

just wondering if the dealership would recognize a chip installed on a car that is brought in for service. Would something pop up if they hooked it up to a diagnostic tool or not?

And are chips made for just power and you risk durability and reliability or are chips made now a days to keep the reliability and durability but also boost power?

I understand there are crappy chips out there that will just screw you over.

Thanks

Mike

What car? I'm sure they can detect a K-series reflash and reset it to stock/void your engine warranty.
