tire balanced, alignment, your rack end bushing ...
does it feel loose when you go over railroad tracks and stuff? or just at high speeds.
Is there vibration when braking?

I doubt it is an alignment. Most likely just an imbalance or someting is lose/worn on your suspension. Maybe even your steering rack.

I would first look on the inside and outside of your tires to see if you lost a weight (it happens). Sometimes even enough rocks stuck in your treads can do it. Also, I noticed you live in a snow area, snow and ice can build up on the inside of your rim. It will cause bad shaking. See if you have any crap on the inside of your rim.

If that doesn't work my next step would be a balance.

Cheers and good luck.
