Default Pay someone to TIG an intercooler or just buy one?

I started building a junkyard intercooler: two small cores (8x9x2.5) with some endtanks made of sheet aluminum bent up on a brake. Problem is guy who was going to weld it up for me is no longer around.

So what can I expect to pay to have roughly 70 inches of TIG'ing done? Trying to decide if I should abandon the project and just buy an IC off of eBay...

thx...
