Default Turbo miata bucking, missing, blowing out spark? under boost

Hi guys,
I just recently had a new manifold fab'd for my miata so I could run an external wastegate. Now that the cars back, im having a problem. When I get into boost, I will hear a sound like a freaking shotgun, and the car will lose all power. I checked the plugs, and they are bright white after only about an hour of it running. Sounds like a fuel issue? The only thing I could think of is that I ran the vacuum for the fpr t'd off the bov line, which draws vacuum from the mani. Also, I wish I could have a cel, but im running haltech. Any suggestions?

white plugs= super lean. u need to get a wideband on that thing and see what your AFRs are. looks like u have a serious fuel problem or need a re-tune

Definately...It seems to run fine part throttle, its just under boost. The problem im having is that it was fine before I took it in, so im not sure what could have made it run so lean.

lol, nah, I had the battery out and the throttle cable disconnected...it was also at a very reputable shop called autolab, which some may know.
